Lemon Pepper Chicken Over Rice

chicken
1 lb. chicken, cut into 1/2 in pieces
1 tsp. lemon pepper

sauce
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Place chicken pieces in baking dish-sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, drain any liquied. Make sauce by combining all ingredients. Pour over cooked chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes. Serve sauce and chicken over rice.
