Pasta, Spinach and Chicken Salad

Marinate overnight:
2-3 cups cubed cooked chicken
16 oz. cooked bowtie pasta
Marinade:
1 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Just before serving mix in:
10 oz. bag of spinach
6 oz. can honey roasted peanuts
6 oz. craisins
1 bunch green onions chopped
3-11 oz mandarine oranges drained
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
