Pumpkin Pancakes

Whisk together
1 1/4 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp of each:
cinnamon
ground ginger
salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Mix
1 egg
6 Tbsp. Pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup milk
*Fold into dry ingredients*
Heat a buttered skillet over medium heat; pour in a 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook about 3 minutes per side. Serve with butter and syrup.
