Ritz Cracker Chicken

1 whole chicken boiled, cooled and deboned (save the chicken stock to cook rice)
Put chicken in a 9x13 pan.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
**Mix and put on top of chicken**

Crush 1 1/2 sleeves of Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top of the chicken and sauce.
3/4 cups melted margarine-drizzle on top of everything.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

May serve on top of rice.
