Carrot Cake
{mom}
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups salad oil
2 cups grated carrots
Mix eggs and oil. Add to rest of ingredients. Add carrots and mix.
9x13 pan
350 for 30 minutes
Cool and frost.
Frosting
1 small cream cheese
1 cube butter

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup walnuts
